Who is Waseem Hira?

I started in digital marketing — running campaigns, building funnels and figuring out what actually makes a business grow online. The pattern repeated on every project: the marketing was ready, but the product, the website or the internal system wasn't. So I learned to build it myself.

“Vibe coding” is how I do that. Instead of traditional hand-coding every line, I use AI-assisted development to design, build and ship real, working software — fast. The output is the same production-grade result a dev team delivers, without the timelines, the overhead or the back-and-forth. Practical, tested, shipped.

That means one person can own the whole chain: the strategy, the brand, the site, the software behind it and the automation that keeps it running. Clients get fewer handoffs, faster iterations and decisions made by someone who understands both the marketing and the code.

My deepest experience is in the medical space — pathology labs, clinics and pharmacies. Working with them led me to build HiraLab, offline lab management software now used by labs across Pakistan.
